July 2007

WorldSeriesofpoker.com is the first and only stop for all the exciting coverage of the World Series of Poker 2007 at the Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas from June 1- July 17th.

This year the World Series of Poker.com is thrilled to be expanding into the various multimedia platforms. With the launch of World Series of Poker LIVE, the first premium pay-per-view poker webcast of its type with live table play and hole cards, viewers will be able to watch all the action from the first shuffle to the last all-in. Available via subscription, World Series of Poker LIVE will include 17 bracelet events from the World Series of Poker, 12 Circuit Championships and the brand new World Series of Poker Europe. The “Full House Subscription” is available for $49.95 at World Series of Poker.com.

World Series of Poker Tonight will recap the fast pace of each day’s event with sharp analysis and lively commentary. Appearing twice a day, this will be the first place for anyone to get all the news and updates of the days previous events.

And back by popular demand is The World Series of Poker on Sirius Satellite Radio. The first broadcast of its kind, last year it brought poker to the radio waves to both critical acclaim and to millions of Sirius subscribers.

New to this year’s line up is The World Series Phone In, a hybrid talk radio/video webcast show. Streaming at World Series of Poker.com, it will allow viewers around the world to call in and ask questions to some of the best players to grace the felt.

All of the above, plus a few more surprises, will be found at World Series of Poker.com, as the best players in the world begin to battle for the gold.

THE ON AIR TALENT:

Over the years, Howard David has been the radio play-by-play man for several pro sports teams including the NBA’s New Jersey Nets, Milwaukee Bucks, and Boston Celtics, as well as the NFL’s New York Jets and Miami Dolphins. He also has done play-by-play for the New York Cosmos soccer team and Princeton University basketball and football. David served as CBS Radio’s lead play-byplay voice for Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football. He began calling final tables at the WSOP with Bluff on Sirius satellite radio in 2006. He returns for his second WSOP this year.

Scott Lauer serves as the studio host for Charlotte Bobcats NBA radio broadcasts, where he runs the 30-minute pre-game show, halftime and post-game wrap-up programs. Before moving to pro basketball, Lauer served as play-by-play announcer for the Triple-A Indianapolis Indians of baseball’s International League, as well as numerous other minor league baseball and basketball teams. His sports broadcasting experience also includes KWOX in Woodward, Oklahoma, and the SportsFans Radio Network, where he served as anchor, host and producer. A graduate of Ithaca College and an avid poker player, this is Lauer’s first WSOP with Bluff.

Brian Wilson returns for his second year of WSOP coverage with Bluff. In 2005 he won his first WSOP bracelet, topping an all-star field in the $5,000 Pot Limit Hold’em event. Since then, he has diversified his presence in the poker world, involving himself not only with Bluff’s poker tournament coverage but also in the House Of Cards television program filmed at the 2006 WSOP. When he isn’t on the air with Bluff this year, he’ll be seeking his second bracelet.

When he isn’t busy with his day job as a professional photographer, Scott Preston can be found playing poker tournaments at Hustler Casino in LA. He has also served as a co-host of Bluff Poker Radio for the last few years, and worked with Bluff’s 2006 WSOP coverage team on Sirius satellite radio.

Lacey Jones has been playing poker since the age of 5, when her grandmother taught her the game. Since then she’s graduated to high stakes tournaments and cash games. When she isn’t busy with poker you can find her modeling, which she’s been doing since the age of 10, or traveling the world. The graduate of the University of Arizona is attending her 3rd WSOP; this is her first as a member of Bluff’s WSOP coverage team.
