Okay, with $500 + $40 buy-in tourneys running throughout the week, and $1,000 + $60 tourneys on Friday and Saturday, it’s easy to see why the Bellagio has a strong following throughout most of the year. While the tournaments are not as affordable as those in some other rooms, it is easily the best place to go if you want big action and big fields and big prize pools. Also expect to see some of your favorite pros from TV, and enter the daily tournaments for a chance to play with them.

Stakes Poker

This is the show that allows us to watch poker pros lose hundreds of thousands of dollars on any given hand. Does it really get any better than that? With the addition of the $500,000 buy-in game, I think everyone interested in poker fi nds a way to watch this stellar programming.

Best Poker Commentary Norman Chad/Lon McCarren - ESPN

Although the votes were close, the title goes to two of the guys who were there in the beginning. There is just something about listening to this duo. Lon: “Daniel Negreanu looks down at a jack and the ace of spades.” Norm: “Have I ever told you, Lon, that the ace of spades is the prettiest card in the deck?” Well guys, you are now the Aces of Spades of the commentary world.
