Theyre starting at $120/$240K with I think $15K ante? But the 120/240 level is only another minute or two, so theyll pretty much be going right into 150/300 K, probably with $25K ante.

It will be 12 when the blinds go up. (9.75M/810K).  810K = 150+300+(40*9)

Hes still got 30 BB, which is enough to wait for a good spot. I dont think hell panic. Just needs to double up once.
 
If he manages to get up to 25M, I think he could win.
